I need a property within commuter distance to mid-town Manhattan for my job. 

My family and I moved from Manhattan to Greenwich, CT 3 years ago.

Hi all,I am a young professional in Manhattan with ~$40k liquid to begin my investing adventure.

San Pedro, Hawthorne and South Central are as high as places like West LA, and other beach cities in the south bay (Manhattan, Hermosa etc, etc)?

I even have a wifi water tank sensor for water storage tanks on a well system for a cabin in PF.

Since both he and I are in the South Bay Area in Southern California (Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, Gardena, Carson, etc.)

PF recommends if I have several LLCs that are similar businesses (i.e. buy and hold rentals) I can use the same accounts (Income, Profit, Owner's Comp, Owner's Tax, OpEx, etc.) for the LLCs in order to see the overall health of my rentals. 

It seems to me that condo prices in Manhattan are way higher than equivalent coops (sometimes 2-3x as much) so the coops seem like a better value, esp if I am looking at not renting out/etc.

My aunt lived for 40 years in a rent controlled apt on W68th in Manhattan. 1BR needing serious upgrade, 5th floor walk-up.
