Just pay it back within the year of 0% interest.If you organize your money & use it like a force, it’ll open more doors & bring more money back than you can make all by yourself.

They can take it, counter or leave it, they are grown adults.The value that I provide is usually the same value any cash transaction brings...a fast close, less paperwork, no repairs and no contingencies.

I have grown my knowledge on real estate enough to the point that I feel ready to make a deal.

If you are working with a CRE attorney that knows what they are doing, $1500 is a bargain for a custom PSA and organizing a LLC with operating agreement, resolutions, etc.

I would just say that if you go to one where you quickly get the vibe the organizer is trying to sell something (i.e. some kind of coaching or get rich quick whatever...) get out of there...meetups should be about networking, sharing opportunities etc...IMHO not about selling your fellow REIA members....if anyone disagrees I'd welcome the input

How do you confess everything you know and feel the organization isn't going to beat you to the punch??
