Have you looked into mid term rentals?

@Donny Aldo the first round will be sent threw mid August, waiting on a score adjustment I paid down some CC. 

Mid-term Rentals: Utilize platforms like Furnished Finder for still higher rental income potential but less management than a nightly rental requires.Commercial Real Estate: Explore opportunities in office buildings, retail spaces, or industrial properties for potentially higher returns.

We are in our mid 30's so want to make good long term choices!

I found all 8 of these metros had current listing prices that were below their mid-2022 peak.

Do you see VA/FHA rates in the 4's and conventional in the mid to low 5's is possible by Q2 of next year?
