Hello Bigger Pockets, I've recently started my own blog to provide a forum for commercial real estate professionals to share successes and failures, as well as find some inspiration when the times get tough.However, I'm having trouble driving traffic to my blog, and while I've done plenty of research on SEO and other marketing techniques, I haven't seen much traffic.So I wanted to interact with you all to see if you have any tips, and get some personalized help.

You are asking for trouble both in terms of making the current tenant mad and them staying longer and the prospective tenants interacting with the current tenant.

Most of the time, I like my privacy and a quiet space to compose my thoughts, but there are times where it's time to socialize and interact with my colleagues.

I'll figure out the best way for all of us to interact (perhaps a group chat in Google Hangout?)

We are mainly interested in cash-flow over appreciation and don't want to interact with our investments or tenants in a time consuming way. 

Will do what they say they will doIf you think you should be getting more appointments/contracts, I would really revise your marketing, how you're talking to sellers on the phone and how you interact with them on appointments.
