If you follow my different threads I post in, you will find that I really like small multi-family (duplexes) and I still think you can find value in that segment but probably not in a luxury or high amenity environment.

They typically behave when constantly supervised and in a very structured environment. 

Local brokerages would be a more niche-focused environment. 

Bigger deals and more businesslike environment.

What I don’t understand is if we are going to allow bigger pocket bullies and negativity then why are we not allowed to connect and offer service that is so desperately needed on this environment??
