There is tile present on the walls of the dining room, which is the most central room of the first floor.

This is my first row home and I'm trying to determine if the wall between the Kitchen and Dining Room is load bearing.  

We first used this in a dining room about four years ago; the current tenant has a teenage boy, a couple of grandchildren who she babysits frequently and a dog and the product still looks like new four years later.

But, I could tell from the tone of her voice that she gave up after the first letter.You also have to realize that you are likely not the first person to mail these leads.Imagine walking into a house of one of those leads and seeing a stack of direct mail on the dining room table.

I just sold fsbo and would recommend doing negotiation at the dining room table or on the steps of the home with a contract in hand.

She had a child, a couple of grandchildren she babysat and a dog and the floor (we did a dining room and a hallway leading to the bathroom) still looks like new after four years.Since then we've used the stick strip Allure in several houses (just laid a floor in a kitchen in under 3 hours); bought 1000 feet of the cherry color during one Home Depot Black Friday sale (99 cents a square foot) and are still using this up. 

This deal has a 3 level home that totals 3467 sq ft including the finished portion of the basement.  4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upstairs level, main floor has kitchen, dining, living, family room, laundry, bathroom and another bedroom and/or office.  

Not to say they won't dine out on the studs the following week though, who wants Chinese food every night?

My home better be in tip-top shape, hospital-clean, and exude an air of elegance.
