It likely needs a French Drain, as I believe they are called.

An example (which I'm not going to do), we bought a machine to clear roots from drains.

We tell everyone DON'T dare dump grease down my drains cause if they clog, you're paying for it.  

Get a couple of them and hook a hose up to them and run it over to a drain and let them run 24/7 for several weeks.
