Be real estate keen in '16!

I'm not keen on my home market, so all of my investments are out of state (all in Tennessee). 

I am not keen on NPN personally . read the article you mentioned,   Don who wrote it is a frequent poster on BP and one that I highly regard.

I'm personally unsure of whether these ventures will be successful, but investors in those markets should be keenly aware of such developments IMHO.

Ultimately the seller wasn't too keen on splitting them up, so I said "screw it, I want them all!"

Scaling their operations and getting a very keen understanding of the micro level nature of their markets.  

My wife is also very keenly interested in financial independence and building our business together.

I am opposite to Account Closed and am more keen to central/south county.
