I truly do feel like this home is a diamond in the rough…waiting to make me money.  

In Maryland even a boarded up property you need to post a notice for 15 days to protect yourself from some wacko coming back and saying you stole grandmas diamond ring. 

Clark county Nevada includes Las Vegas, north Las Vegas Henderson, blue diamonds, pahrump, etc etc etc.

We have found the mid-west to have some real diamonds, and our audited 31% IRR says this is the right approach :)

@Linh Khuc - We have a good unit mix of 1/1 & 2/1, I'll admit we did find a diamond in the Chicago rough but the deals are out there.  

Since you're from SLC, you'll like this analogy: would you tell a beginner skier who has zero experience to ski a double black diamond for their first run?
