Can anyone compare and contrast Champions Real Estate Group and Realty Associates?

CA laws are a stark contrast from those in Texas.

MBB is not a universally used term in all states but I think it speaks to the concept and helps bring an understanding of what I am contrasting.

In contrast to what I assumed, the majority of my rental income here in the northeast comes from summer rentals since that’s school vacation weeks and no matter what you’re charging on ski weekends it’s not matching the rent from an entire week’s summer stay. 

Also how does it contrast from a traditional 203K loan?

I know Pittsburgh is a hot market, but the competition is already driving up the prices in Allegheny County.In contrast - Beaver and Butler County have remained low. 

Ultimate I am guessing an LLC/LP is not where you are headed so just use it as some minimal contrast.  

By contrast, also in overbroad terms, house dwellers often want a stable environment for family.

Even if you don't want to buy there it would be an interesting compare/contrast for you and help you evaluate your Charlotte options better.

In contrast, people who know they need help want a relationship with someone they can trust to execute their goals/vision.
