In many cases they have their own management and some of them offer some warranty or guarantees on the rent or maintenance.Turnkey has NOTHING to do with cheap houses and even LESS to do with bad quality rehabs.That's like saying the definition of a male doctor is someone who drugs his female patients and molests them while they are unconscious :-)

Most of the homes we've built and sold in that area are to either people who want to be close to the villages but not inside of them and people who work in the villages such as doctors / lawyers / etc who want to take advantage of the great school system up there.
