If you had an hour sometime to meet up I would like to buy you lunch or breakfast and chat.  

There is the BP Meetup next Wednesday at 7pm at Anna Liffeys in Fairfield, and Charlie's Corner which is a weekly breakfast meetup at Valencia in Norwalk every Thursday mornings at 7. 

We have an LOI and the seller has verbally agreed, but no contract has been signed. 2. the property is a northern VA hotel, bed & breakfast, and a restaurant.

I am actually considering buying land in Temecula and building a bed and breakfast in wine country!

Since our house is very large, we have considered licensing it with the city as a legal Bed and Breakfast, so that is another option we are looking into if this legislation goes through.Our long term plan is to purchase rural properties (cabins) in the mountains, and rent them as short term vacation rentals.  

On top of the weekend class to "really" learn a thing or two instead of wasting your valuable time like at the meeting I was attending, they then were pitching their exclusive next tier program where you and 15-or-so others could have the distinct "privilege" of having breakfast/brunch with them and be able to talk with them for the low price of $500 or so...THEN there was their "top dog" program where you and a select few could have the great honor of becoming their padawan after you took out a 2nd mortgage on you (or your parents) house to pay $20K (or was it $50K?) 

Hotel breakfast was rarely anything to get excited about.  

Maybe do a breakfast or something.
