Hi all,

Just joined BP a week or so ago after getting hooked to the podcast. I am currently invested in Kansas RE and am interested in learning the Denver market. Really looking to grow my RE knowledge and network in the area.

See ya'll around the site or at the BP meetups!

Greetings,
I live in Denver and have been learning the local market. Prices are horribly inflated, Fsbo's are rare and overpriced, there are about 10 reo's available in all of Colorado...a total sellers market that is out of control. Buy cheap rentals in KC, much better investment than here.
