Baltimore is fantastic for cash flow and residual income. 

Not good sign in my humble opinion.I believe that a new agent/investor would want the best training, the best support and the best opportunities at residual income.

Do you underwrite the liens based on the residual land value of the property which the lien is attached to?

The only thing that's left is the hard adhesive ... not too un-level, but it isn't smooth). 

My plan is to keep the property as long as I live for residual income.  

My general plan with the residual land is to sell it off on low-down seller notes and enjoy the no-management "mailbox money" for many years to come.

They're not self-stick - you put down an adhesive and these lie in the adhesive.

That's in the directions, but some contractors miss this point and it won't go down well if it isn't the right temperature.We have had better results with Allure Ultra (click together) than Allure (adhesive overlap)... made by TrafficMaster and sold at Home Depot.

Obviously real estate is my core, so if I am gonna have some residual income coming in, it will have to do with my core business.

A small few are still flipping for revenue to take next investment step for more stable residual income and multiple doors.
