You can not shortcut SEO and you can't mass SEO either.

This is 1) because I am a big fan of leverage 2) I do not forecast rates declining 3) I am conservative in any appreciation or rent increase forecast 4) I am cognizant of the level of effort and risk involved with residential RE 5) I am cognizant of other investment options.If I can effortlessly and with virtually no risk have money market or CD return near 5%, what sort of return do I need from residential RE to make it worth the effort and risk. 

Hire an SEO firm for $1,500 per month ($18,000 annual) that just does Storage.

All I am saying is, it is simply chance.Then not because I am into SEO am I writing this.

I am seeking an SEO website with IDX and chat, a CRM that tracks client search activities, automatic text and email alerts and responses.

Everything works and nothing works.If this were not so, there would not be so many methods to get leads.Although there is one best supreme method, but the problem with this is... there can only be one person to fully benefit from this method per market (SEO) if they know what they are doing.

Just looking to see if anyone has had any large success in any new SEO tactics.
