With respect to Accountability, you want a community/environment to help you set goals, set an action plan and measure your progress towards hitting those goals.I am a bit biased on these two since I've been with both brokerages... but eXp Realty and Keller Williams are 2 companies I'd check out if I were in your shoes.Best of luck to you moving forward!
