This might be an unusual request, but I don't know of a better place to post it:I am looking for someone with an available rent house in the Keller/Watauga/North Fort Worth, Texas area that might be interested in working a deal for remodeling and/or legal services in trade for partial or full rent payment.

The One Thing by Gary Keller: This book is about being goal oriented and reverse engineering your goals.

I am a Keller Williams agent, and there is a little known division of Keller Williams called Keller Mortgage. 

I was wondering if anyone had feedback, experience, or thoughts on the pros and cons of starting a brokerage vs starting a team (Keller Williams style team structure).

I actually work for Keller Williams' R&D department (ux/user researcher) which is how I got introduced to the concept of real estate and investing as a mindset.

With respect to Accountability, you want a community/environment to help you set goals, set an action plan and measure your progress towards hitting those goals.I am a bit biased on these two since I've been with both brokerages... but eXp Realty and Keller Williams are 2 companies I'd check out if I were in your shoes.Best of luck to you moving forward!
