I don’t have to deal with pool/ hot tub/ snow removal / trash pickup / gardening … Yet, my guests enjoy a well kept property with all these things.

Tripping hazards, snow, dogs, etc. can wreak havoc on that situation.

Ever since I am back home, I have tried to work with my PM actively  to lower the rent, and promote the listing, however, we had no luck to find a potential candidate due to the snow falls in the area and holidays. 

I also include reminders for winter weather: clear snow, turn off outside hose bibs, guard against mice - helpful guidance and reminders to soften the blow.

I need recommendations for snow removal.

But especially summer as winter is dependent on the snow falling.

We've had 40" of snow here this week and flights are still taking off like normal.In these instances I usually take it case by case. 

Some providers simply sell the property and the investor is left to find a management company, maintenance personnel, snow and lawn care providers, etc.
