Canonsburg, Peters, and the "good" South Hills school districts?
Any wholesalers working these areas?
This is where I'm familiar with and I'm looking for properties, rehab needing or not, that could be solid buy-and-holds. I'm a big fan of solid school districts, like Canonsburg, Peters, Mt. Leb, Baldwin, etc....
But it seems like there's not much going on.
