In the northern section of the state there's Lake Shasta which has 365 miles of shoreline and some of the best wakeboarding, bass fishing and houseboating anywhere.

I guess my question is, can you, as a successful wholesaler, ever "fish" a particular area dry of deals and have to move on to another?

Is it legal to require, for example, no fish tanks smaller than 5 gallons?

Too small of a fish to get them excited.I know, I know, I know...many folks on BP preach CAP rates and forced appreciation, etc.
