The city after 13 years of this gate being up is saying it is too tall and there was no permit for the work.

I can see this getting carried away, but adding to the front of the risers shortens the tread. adding to the nose does the same to the lower tread, shotens the gate of walking up, may get to point where you're building a tripper.

They gave us a great deal (plus had the comfort of knowing the home's history and condition), which has not just produced cash flow from the tenant, but a great equity position out of the gate. 

For our diesel we are adding anti Gel, so the fuel doesn't freeze up.Salt- setting out salt or road deicer next to each building to make it easy to spread when we need to.Gate reflectors- applied anti fog on the gate reflectors.
