As I have been researching options I have found lots of online options (Lili, Bluevine, etc.) but I am curious if it makes more sense to go with a local brick and mortar bank.

If you don't need assistance marketing the property and just filling out paperwork with a tenant you found, many agents will charge you a flat fee that may be cheaper than an attorney.
