I'm from the Nashville area originally but moved to Columbia TN once I realized how cheaply I could purchase my home here.

I live in Carroll County and am very familiar with Howard County as I lived in Columbia for almost 10 years.  

So I had it sitting for 3 months and that’s when I started getting calls from the Columbia police (code enforcement).

Lance Edwards is coming to the DC area next month...at least his "Buying Small Apartments" presentation is...not sure if he actually attends or notI'm a bit curious and if I have the time, I might go to one of the Columbia, MD, events.

There are still some opportunities for 1% deals in Nashville but you will have a lot more options if you're willing to look in Clarksville, Columbia, and Madison. 

The rental market especially in Columbia has been on fire lately!
