I have travelled a lot Thailand, Singapore, Bali, India, China but the Philippines is one place I haven't been too.  

Unfortunately, my attorney is on vacation in China til early Oct.

We can see China is having issues with monies, rates etc and Eastern Europe has Brexit which all of this might just stimulate housing in the US.

The US being pretty much the only economy that is safe and large enough to absorb massive amounts of capital, so foreign cash, from China, Russia, Brazil, South Africa... floods into the US and invests in both the bond, equities, and RE market; driving prices up and yield down.

I bought mine while living in China.

There is bid war for all kind of property.It does not look like any crash in near future as long as Hedge fund and Foreign investors throwing cash money in this market.I dont recommend waiting ... if foreign investor keep investing like this... real estate prices in US will become like China, Canada, Australia, India etc...Mid west is still cheaper market...

Hello BP,I moved to Saipan about a year ago after living in China for 3 years.  

Malaysia is nuts, almost as bad as HK or China or Singapore.

That is coming from China so it could be altered.
