you can pm me as well.. i think i've called every local lender i could find.. i've been trying to find a portfolio lender.. in terms of commercial products.. i think there's this bank called blue ridge who has a loan officer that's really good..i'll have to look up the details.. the gentleman knew a lot and was investor friendly.. i'm still under the 10 homes so not looking at commercial just yet, but it may be something for you
