2 cracks on backyard & side of home
I won a bid on a house. there's 2 vertical cracks on the foundation. I can definitely fit a screwdriver through the crack.
it's on a crawlspace about 3-4' high. walls (no support beams).
i think i may have seen cracks, on the inside of the house drywall thru the ceiling originating from the crack.
i'm going there in an hour to verify this. also, i'm going into the crawl to see if the cracks are down in the crawl as well.
house was bulit in 1960.
is it a house or a mouse?
