Hard Money Loan —> Convention Loan
You need to fund the final 20% need to acquire the property. You decide to go with a Hard Money lender with high interest costs but your plan is to refinance the HML into a conventional loan after maybe 6 months of seasoning. Is this possible? Can you count on this strategy? Looking for investors who have done this before.
