Not sure if a automated answering service is the way to go...if you don't have time to answer your leads yourself make sure you get a live answering service, you can give them a script of what questions you want them to get over the phone then they will email it to you saving you tons of time.

I'm willing to see how it works out.One reason I'm willing to write a bunch of lowball offers is I have an automated process that I can generate an offer in five minutes (at the most).One of the things investors don't realize, is that the laws are different in every state.
