Searching for off-market deals

BP Community, I’m looking for your insights. I’d like to find a way to target some off-market deals in my target areas. Does anyone know how I can pull a list of a specific group of properties (small multi-family for example) that are off-market, and then cross reference them with other data points (out-of-State owners, amount of equity, etc)?

@Ryan Edwards - Call local title company in the area and ask them if they know any investors looking to sell properties. Also check out foreclosure notices and see who is foreclosing- if it is an LLC then it may be a note investor who will sell to you quickly. I invest in notes and when I foreclose I market to investors and will sell to them at a discount as its a win win. Many instances I will let them know what my foreclosure bid is so they can win it at foreclosure.
