The temps are already in the 30s and 40s.   

The difference between the lowest temps of winter and the highest temps of summer is much greater in Illinois despite how hot Vegas gets.

Less issues with freezing Temps relative to the other locations.

The heat is hotter than a heat pump, and when the outside temps go below 32, the heat pump kicks in with back up resistance heat which is the same as electric baseboard, cheap to install but expensive to operate.

@Tina LeeWhat temp is the tenant setting the heat at and can the unit maintain that temp.

Most of the Phoenix Metro is too overpriced compared to the rents to cash flow very well (Although rents are on the rise) so Casa Grande, Apache Junction and San Tan Valley are all places investors are picking up rentals and doing lease options.I'm an investor/agent/wholesaler in Tempe, feel free to reach out if you need anything!
