I am looking at the following areas to invest in 2-4 unit properties:

PIttsburgh, Pennsylvania

Toledo, Ohio

Youngstown, Ohio

Memphis, Tennesse

I would appreciate any feedback. I am looking to BRRRR.

Hey @Jorge Ruiz so BRRRR can be used for short term vacation rentals as well as long term rentals. I am assuming that you mean long term rentals. This forum is for short term and vacation rentals so you might get a better answers in the other forums.
