Lots of neighbors come in and look and if you impress them you might get a future listing.I would make sure you know everything about that house like you are listing it.

I was under the impression that lenders wouldn’t lend (or make it very difficult) to an LLC and/or you risked them calling the note should you transfer after the sale. 

We have been less then impressed with the service thus far.The property is realativly unique in the fact that it sits 1/4 of a mile of of a paved road and down a less then desirable paved road.

I don't think I knew you flip that many properties before, impressive!

Not only will tenants appreciate the improvement, it makes a positive first impression for not much money and says that the property is well managed.

I was extremely impressed with him and considered him to be very trustworthy.

I’m under the impression that since I foreclosed I should’ve been notified of any sale of the property.
