I was understandably upset (even 10k over list was still a fantastic deal), and decided to only watch anything new that pops up.

However, I have come to an understanding that no one can make you upset. 

I did know I needed biz cards and was upset that I could not prove that I was in fact a serious buyer, but nonetheless, I left the property without seeing the inside and went to acquire biz cards.

Are you upset when your income goes up because you have to pay more income taxes?

Remember they most likely are still upset about losing their home.

Everytime it rains I get the dreaded tenant yelling and upset call. 

HiI have been renting my old house in Miami since I moved away for the past 6 years.My last 3 tenants just left the house.I am extremely upset at the condition of the house:-  Extremely dirty house - Was charged $300 to clean it.  

Granted, I could have just served the notice and left and that is what most people would have done, but I knew he'd be upset and at least wanted to give him the opportunity to vent.He was furious...though I think more at the situation than at me...and couldn't even talk to me. 

Whether it is all together true or not, you are doing the nice thing and they shouldn't be as upset about it.
