Gerhard  just have some one do a u tube video of your investments then post it on BP and you too will get an offer to get all your money back just like Todd did.. then instead of getting talked into keeping them you take them up on their generous offer of a full recession..  

If you do not take convicts, then this is a simple answer...NO.Once you start looking at the crime, and making judgments, you leave yourself open to that one person you say "no" to that turns around and sues you for discrimination because they happen to be a protected class, and you have a history of selective enforcement that they will argue was pointed at them because of their protected class.Next you'll have a sex offender who claims he was just peeing in public near a school....and the list goes on. 

I doubt she had the same experinces in AU. 

However if you live in the home, there are allowances for additional legal discrimination because you may not wish to live with a member of the opposite sex.

The couple upstairs that is man and woman can be late but not the same sex couple in building 2.That is why businesses have policies, so every tenant is treated identical because if not you open up yourself to all sorts of issues.
