Our boys see that (1 just became an Eagle Scout) so the creation hopefully is a 2nd generation of humble and empathetic future parents.

My main focus is Durham; however I also scout for deals in Raleigh and the surrounding cities.

A person in his group said that he had a scouting report that said there were a lot of quail in this certain area of Texas. 

Does anyone have experience with these sites? What are some things that you like/don't like about each? I'm looking for insight into various markets locally and across the US. 

We may head up there in the next week or two and scout around.

Potential deals are still a while away for me monetarily so I am hoping to create a group centered around practicing scouting great deals and sharpening skills through dry runs.

My "why" is truly helping people and places by leaving them better than when I found them, something I learned as a Girl Scout-LOL!
