I was wondering if a title search will reveal any restrictions that the county might have against the property (in terms of buildability etc.)

A title search would reveal a foreclosure filing, but you should be able to find it on your own.

FWIW, when I looked at sample data for what the full ARM package offered it revealed useless data. 

Because a quick glance at the properties currently for rent in Dearborn Heights reveals that $1050 cannot possibly be right.  

Since I've been relatively successful in real estate, these big farmers let me in their little groups at coffee and such  and its crazy how they open up and reveal what kind of money they make.

The LLC is the contracting party in the rental agreements and the LLC can be easily found on the Washington State government licensing websites, which will reveal our names as the owners and our address.
