You can definitely get an investment property to secure residual income in NJ for $150K.

But, try removing the smoke residue from their unit.Nope, I wouldn't market the party-friendly backyard :-)

Honestly, I looked at it..and with as much residue around I assumed it was not, thinking, "this would be very wasteful assuming as expensive as I've seen it is in movies."  

I signed up for one of his investment partner deals about 7 years ago and he scammed me for $7,500. it was a contract to invest money in a gold buying store where he promised a nice residual income and profit, however these #s were exaggerated and when it came down to it he gave me the run around to eventually ignoring my emails, calls and texts.  

If you have any recourse through code violations or neighbor complaints (I know if my neighbor had an RV parked out front for months, I'd be calling the city complaining, so there may be complaints already on file), then do all you can to get him removed whether or not she agrees and deal with the residual marital issues after he is gone.  

Guaranteed there is residue in there that transfers to your clothing.

I appreciate sustainable and residual income, so I appreciate that with the business traveler I can develop a client relationship with the company who will rent from me on a regular basis. 

After the split payment period ends (usually after 60 payments) then you get those payment back and some nice passive residual income.
