If you told me a few months ago that I would be cold calling apartment owners trying to convince them to sell their apartment to me I'd think you were crazy.I had one big limiting belief: I DIDN'T THINK PEOPLE THAT DIDN'T KNOW ME WOULD BE ABLE TO UNDERSTAND ME OR HAVE THE PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO SOME FUNNY SOUNDING GUY OVER THE PHONE.At first , I tried to work around this weakness by relying on brokers to bring me deals.
