My only advice if you're going to go the live in flip route is get your kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom done first so you at least have a place to relax.

However, if the numbers are strong, many will relax this issue.

Relax and see what you would like to do most.

You pay out 10% (give or take) and let them handle everything so you can relax and enjoy life.

It’s nice to be able to provide them with a nice place to rest and relax.

I view it as wasted minutes in my life I would never get back where I want to do something else that brings me much more joy, happiness, relaxation.

I know a lot of people like to relax on Sundays and yesterday was a holiday.

So, the most important thing is to detach yourself from the outcome, lower your expectations and relax as much as possible :-)Find out as much information as possible about the property.
