Every property will have different needs and the the inspection report will reflect that.

I wanted to take the time to reflect on the past month as it’s been a whirlwind and I haven’t much time to take account. 

buying houses in judicial states in auctions.I would like to know how's the bid decided from the judgement and the reflection on the plaintiff owed amount?

Am I correct in my understanding that shopping around and filling out several applications will only be reflected as one hit on my credit score?

The spread between interest rates and cap rates reflects the risk premium for real estate, and investors need to recognize this.

The outside of the house often reflects the inside.  

Ultimately, people will do what they want on reviews but if you're eager to get started, being honest about what people are getting and adjusting the price to reflect that will likely yield higher reviews than an unpleasant surprise. 

That being said, my hope is that keeping the dialog going to raise awareness and promote open and reflective discussion on these issues will help to address some of the very real challenges we navigate.

After a few days of meditation, journaling, and self reflection I came to a conclusion.
