My hope in diving into real-estate investing is that I can shape my life in a way that I am able to pursue these passions for more than a couple weeks a year. 

Figure out what you are (or could be) passionate about.

If you're passionate enough about your goals, then reinvesting that cash flow is a much greater reward than cashing out to purchase a *insert non-essential consumer good/service*.

I share a passion for real estate investment (REI).

This challenge became my passion for the following years, I really enjoyed the challenge and 18 years later we are still in business.I consider myself capable of many things and I love the idea of wealth creation, but I turn back, and my reality looks different, or at least, different to what I would have expected 18 years ago.

You have to let people know that you are serious about your goals and passionate about what you do!

I started reading into RE over a year ago and it has become my passion.
