What to do with cashflow?

Hello all,

I have 1 rental and it cashflows well. But, like everyone else; my goal is to have multiple properties.

At what point did everyone begin to enjoy the fruits of cashflow rather than save it and roll it towards another DP on the next property? I still work a W2 so I don't necessarily rely or depend on the money for everyday living. So after, your 2nd, 3rd, 4th?...when did you loosen up and reward yourself somehow?
