That transfers certain equitable rights to the tenant/buyer--nice for them, not so good for you. 

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

The law will supersede anything that you have written in your lease.

Settlement shall occur within, or at such other site as the Buyer may select, provided that the Buyer shall have given the Seller at least five (5) calendar days advance written notice thereof.  

Find a way to hit your goal and in 5 years or 10 years when you look back, you'll be sitting on a really nice portfolio. 

The really nice place I live in now in San Jose, CA, required really tough criteria.  

There are really nice areas all around Youngstown and some higher end burbs.

I won't air my dirty laundry in public but here are a few areas that I have issues with:1) We don't have a contract (shame on me) though we do have some agreed upon terms that were written.

These are great ideas, and it's nice to know I'm not alone. 

I've also written reviews that have been accurate, truthful and harsh of other guests, because I want future guests to read it and book somewhere else, if they think that's wrong.
