James Hiddle How To Add A Legit Signature To A .DOC Or A .PDF File Using A PDF Editor And MS Word
29 August 2009 | 1 reply
You might have to practice at it since using a mouse is a little bit difficult but once you get as close as your normal signature than save that file as a .jpeg or a .jpg file. Now here is a 2 part step in using that saved signature using both MS Word if you are signing a .doc file and using a PDF editor software like acrobat or what I use the Nitro PDF Professional editor if you are signing a .pdf document.Part 1 Signing A .DOC Style Document using Microsoft Word:1.Go to Microsoft Word and open up the document that you need to sign.2.Go to the top and select the insert tab.3.Go to pictures and select your saved signature that you created in paint or whatever photo creating/editing software you used.4.Drag the signature close to the line where you need to sign.5.Right click the signature pic and select "format picture"6.Go to the layout tab and select "behind text"7.Now go up to the top you will see some choices go to where it says "send to back" and select it.8.Now drag the signature over the line you need to sign and wolla you now have signed the document.
