Landlord Locks Reviews

Trying to decide if I should update my locks to landlord locks for my properties.  Does the the deadbolt switch out in the same way as the entry knobs?  Any feedback on positives / negatives on landlord locks?

Thanks BPers!

Yes, if you are looking at the interchangeable core model locks, the cores swap out on the deadbolts as well as on the entry knobs. The smart money is on using a closet knob and getting rid of locking knobs entirely such that tenants can't accidentally lock themselves out. I am progressively swapping my units over from KwikSet SmartKey locks over to Landlord locks because I had a Smartkey lock jam up when I was trying to rekey it. I decided I did not want that kind of risk and uncertainty when it came to security products. I want to be certain that I can rekey a lock myself with no problems. Landlord locks' technology provides the solution to this issue. Their service is first rate.
