Things were perfectly fine until I started getting complaints from other guests.The complaints were: Loud talking during quiet hours, moldy food or cluttered food in common space refrigerator, frequent use of laundry room and late hours use, cooking food at late hours, eating all the ice in the refrigerator, leaving clothes and items in the common space. 

@Theresa HarrisOkay, I was just reading my lease document that I shared with tenants it says keep the walks and driveway free from dirt,debris,snow , ice and any hazardous objects.

No garbage disposals, lawnmowers, weedeaters, ice makers, etc.

A smart REI wont buy a property only on the hope of appreciation, it's just icing on the cake. 

My current tenant has asked about her ice maker in her fridge , and about putting in a car door from the garage to the house and letting me know she has her brother and girlfriend w/ baby and another cat .

For starters, I would like to word the snow removal section as something like:"ensuring walkways, front stairs, sidewalks, driveway, etc. be free of snow and ice after 24 hours of any weather-related event, including putting down de-icing salts on ice or icicle removal as needed'
