We are working on another form of communication with higher commissions.The FutureAll indications are showing that it will get worse before it will get better - sales inventory is still high, rental inventory is very high, more and more new construction apartment buildings are nearing and/or have been completed (at least 10 in Cape Coral that have hundreds of units are still being built), displaced homeowners are returning to their homes, and a host of other concerns.We have gone through years of rapid rent growth and a lack of inventory.

People have to live somewhere.We host a ton of investor meet ups for ALL things real estate, short term rentals, long term, fix and flip, buy and hold.. you name it, we cover it!

In fact, its so competitive in trying to buy a SFR owner financed note, that most note investors have gravitated to buying non performing, under performing or re performing notes from banking institutions, or the asset disposition firms that represent them.  

The direct booking site is totally up to the host!

I host an investing meet up and every 2-3 meetups someone comes that is in trouble with either living in or renting the non-conforming space.
