Couldn't be happier with that decision.One thing that has helped me early in the game is my website/blog.

He has mouths to feed, he has employees to pay, he has overhead costs to meet.

I'm not one to kick a gifted horse in the mouth, but why would you want to limit your options for his benefit?   

So far 2 of our deals came off of the MLS and the other from word of mouth at work.  

I used @Brandon Hall this year and could not be happier.  

A Franco-British-American "mouth sore", which the western Federal Republic of Germany made sure to keep alive and well.

They usually sell by owner via word of mouth and the local paper.  

Our first house originally had a business running out of it and had two front doors and some super strange features, but I made money despite the crash because it was undervalued considerably when I bought it because it was really weird then.I would actually be a lot happier investing in Waco or Lubbock, personally. 

I suppose my comment would be broadened to include google reviews, bigger pockets references, or solid word of mouth referrals from people you trust.

Back to my dilemma: word of mouth has bought me more clients than I can handle.
