We would encourage them to share the good, bad, and ugly so you can gauge whether we are a good fit for your investment needs.While it's true that many of our clients haven't directly come from this platform, I'm excited to be part of the BiggerPockets community now as well.

Based on my experience I would focus on Facebook rather than other social media platforms such as Instagram, but its worth the shot to try an connect people from Instagram. 

Just started reading about the crowdfunding platforms like fundrise and crowdstreet.

I few platforms that might help...Breezeway, Turno, or Resort Cleaning.

Is there one that integrates smoothly with Yardi Breeze, or would it be better to switch to an all-in-one platform?

I started with nothing and aggressively saved for almost a year until I had 10k for a downpayment on a cheap house.Step 2: Join online platforms like BiggerPockets, Eventbrite, Meetup, and Facebook groups to connect with investors and get an idea of what kind of properties to look for as investments.Step 3: Use Zillow to find agents and communicate what you’re looking for.Step 4: Analyze at least 5 properties a day in your target market for six months to understand what it would take for you to make positive cashflow.Step 5 Get pre approved from a bank.

The whole narrative around a lot of RE platforms (including BP) is quit your job pursue real estate full time get your time back etc etc. but the reality is that having a good job is often best for most people especially today.

For finding tenants, consider platforms like Zillow Rental Manager and Apartments.com.

What would you say about a property that lists on multiple platforms, or takes direct bookings?
