I would add "good schooling disctrict" to your search criterias for a good market to target.As for your plan of attack, I would suggest utilising more channels of outreach to market to your leads for better chances of success.

If the original incoming service wire is only for 60amps you will need to replace that to the meter & then up to the weather-head & that wiring is heavier & the run can be expensive if you need to include conduit.A new panel will depend on the demand & for the number of circuits, along with double poles for central a/c, electric stove or electric double oven plus stove top, electric dryer & maybe the feed to a garage sub-panel etc.

The cost of the supplies is returned to the individual along with 10% to cover the time that money was tied up during the bake sale.And in the process, the nonprofit earned income from the sale of the cookies...for which it puts towards feeding the homeless for a day - its purpose.What's the tax implication?
