I've done way too much project management in "corporate world" with way too much pressure and stress on me to be stressing myself out now as a rehabber.

.- Provide some type of storage/area for bikes, lawn chairs, etc. 4 families worth of outside "stuff" will quickly make your property look like a flea market if you don't give tenants someplace to put their things.

It is hard for people to get mortgages these days that is why i want to incorporate wholesaling lease options for properties with little to no equity.

I need to find someone to set up a company homepage that can somehow incorporate a blog, in which I can post recent listings, real estate news, commentary, etc.

It probably would not be a good name to use in Mechanicsburg, but a company name incorporating the Dutch 'huur' or 'huren' might work in some parts of Pennsylvania.Once an administrative assistant at my Realtor's office misread my his handwriting and thought the company name was "Lover Lover" ... she was then a little curious about what kind of houses we were renting ;)

I saw it at someone else's flip the other day and knew right away that it's one I want to incorporate into my projects.
